Timothy Connolly

Tim Connolly is a Vice President in the Bethesda, Maryland office of CBRE, Inc with over 17 years of commercial real estate experience in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia. Mr. Connolly has negotiated over Nine Million Square Feet of lease and sale transactions throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Mr. Connolly specializes in representing occupiers and investors in achieving their Real Estate goals in all facades of the business. From analyzing existing leases to coordinating and executing opportunities, Tim’s main goal is to help his client achieve optimal success. Tim began his career in Commercial Real Estate Advisory at McShea & Company, which was acquired by Avison Young in 2013, where he learned the roots of the business. He joined CBRE in 2019 and resides in Severna Park, Maryland with his wife and two children.
