
Tim has been in commercial real estate since 2018, including buying and selling businesses with or without real estate. He's active in downtown Appleton's economic development committee and serves on the business improvement district (BID) board. Tim is familiar with grant programs for commercial property buyers and can aid in this process. Before joining Drifka Group, he worked at Kimberly-Clark for 10 years. Outside of the real estate world, Tim finds joy in various activities, including traveling alongside his wife, playing board games, ultimate frisbee, and volunteering at the Fox Valley Humane Society. Tim's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Boardlandia, a board game store rooted in Appleton, which he successfully sold in 2017. Subsequently, he acquired a tavern and managed it for five years before transitioning ownership to a new group.
