Timothy Brown

Based in Houston, Texas, Timothy joined ICO Commercial as a Brokerage Coordinator, where he played a key role in supporting day-to-day commercial real estate operations and assisting broker advisors throughout the transaction process, from client engagement to post-deal follow-up. In recognition of his contributions, Timothy was promoted to Associate in 2024, where he now focuses on delivering strategic brokerage services across office, industrial and retail sectors. A proud graduate of the University of Alabama, Timothy brings a strong foundation in sales and customer service. He gained early experience working in his family’s retail business and went on to build a successful five-year sales career with Mustang Cat Heavy Equipment & Products. His background equips him with a deep understanding of client needs, deal negotiation, and relationship-driven sales. Outside the office, Timothy enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, and working outdoors.
