Timothy Bright

Timothy Bright, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Multifamily Asset Management at Clarion Partners. He oversees the asset management group responsible for the investment results of over 90 assets (20,000 units) including core, value-add and development opportunities. Tim is responsible for reviewing acquisition underwriting, setting policy and directing all multi-family asset management activities at the Firm. Additionally, Tim is the portfolio manager for a value-add student housing fund that is co-sponsored by the Philadelphia-based student housing operator, Campus Apartments. His prior experience includes assignments as an Assistant Portfolio Manager and the asset management of office, retail and hotel investments. Tim has completed property disposition and financing transactions of nearly $3.0 billion. He joined Clarion Partners in 1999 and began working in the real estate industry in 1989. Tim is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (“NMHC”).
