Tim Wagener
Owen’s son Tim joined the firm in 1978 and became President in 1988. Under Tim’s leadership the company grew to cover all facets of commercial real estate in the entire Chicago metropolitan area. In 1994 Tim purchased the company and reorganized it into four distinct entities, each with its own expertise. Corporate Facility Services, Inc., was formed to handle property management services and CFS Maintenance, Inc., was launched to service our managed properties and growing customer base. Mercury Investments, Inc., was created for acquisitions and dispositions of investment real estate. By separating the various services into operating entities focused for specific performance goals, Owen Wagener & Co., sharpened its focus on our core business, which is the marketing of commercial real estate properties for sale or lease and helping our clients negotiate the best real estate solution for their needs. Owen Wagener & Co., also includes a third generation with Tim’s son Eric, actively involved with the firm.
