Tim Vi Tran, SIOR, CCIM, CIPS, is the Founder and President of The Ivy Group. He began his real estate career in 1999 and has over 25+ years experience advising corporations on commercial real estate strategies, with a focus on disposition, acquisition and leasing activities. His industry expertise spans software, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, adaptive reuse, eCommerce and logistics automation. Mr. Tran offers best-in-class solutions by leveraging innovation with market conditions to tactically identify the best return on investments using data driven, financial analytics. Mr. Tran has developed extensive local knowledge intelligence & expertise in Silicon Valley, particularly in the East Bay Fremont, California area, and has a proven track record of negotiating, managing and closing real estate assignments for both the pubic and private sectors. Mr. Tran has a wide range of experience in commercial & investment real estate, and utilizes analytics, technology and business acumen to understand client's requirements that results in customized solutions to solve their challenges. Mr. Tran earned a Master’s of Science in Administration in Software Engineering from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
