Tim Thompson

Tim has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2002. In that time, he has completed the sale of over $1B of commercial real estate containing over 10,000 apartment units. Prior to joining Deerfield Commercial, Tim ran Boston/New England operations for a public commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in California. Prior to that, Tim owned and operated a commercial real estate firm with offices in Boston, New York City and Holyoke Massachusetts. Tim also served as the managing partner of a small privately held investment company, overseeing the acquisition and disposition of real property and the purchase and origination of promissory notes secured by real estate and other collateral. Tim holds real estate broker’s licenses in Massachusetts, New York State and Rhode Island. Tim attended Deerfield Academy and The University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Tim earned his CCIM designation in October 2007.
