Mr. Snodgrass leads Argus Realty’s growth in the 1031 replacement property market for investors seeking current income, asset diversification and deferrals of capital gains tax liabilities. He is a co-founder and current president of the Tenant-In-Common Association, the only professional organization for the TIC industry.
