Tim Shaughnessy joined HPI to grow its residential platform through the launching of HPI Multifamily. As President of HPI Multifamily, he is focused on sourcing ground up multifamily development opportunities, primarily in major Texas metros, as well as managing all aspects of development, financing, and asset management for HPI’s multifamily division. Prior to HPI, Tim served as Managing Director at Oden Hughes where he supervised a team on all aspects of development including site selection, entitlements, underwriting, design, construction management, and asset management. At Oden Hughes, he successfully led the development of over 4,000 units across Texas and contributed to the development and asset management of properties valued at more than $1 billion. He is a member of RECA, ULI, and the Cornell Real Estate Council. Tim enjoys sailing, hunting, fishing, and hiking in the Hill Country.
