Tim Selnick

Tim’s commercial real estate career spans more than two decades, with experience in multi-family, urban and suburban office buildings, retail, and industrial/warehouse properties. Starting in a family-owned business, Tim continued his career with third-party management and then moved onto a national REIT and a small private equity fund. He manages our third-party management and leasing teams as well as oversees single-tenant assets. Tim travels extensively to the properties from his home in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is an active investor in HJH properties.
