Tim Osborne

Tim has been with Hunter since 2015. In his time at the firm he has executed on over $800 million in closings with an emphasis on select service portfolios and full service assets for institutional sellers. Tim has worked with institutional investors including Blackstone, Lightstone, Starwood, Dune, Noble, Peachtree, MCR, McNeil, Park, Lupert-Adler, Hersha, Rockbridge, KKR, and many others. Prior to Hunter, Tim worked at Minerva, a diversified real estate company based in Atlanta doing development and asset management, and before that he started his career at TriMont Real Estate Advisors as an Asset Manager servicing the Lehman Brother’s Hospitality portfolio including a mix of high-end luxury resorts, condo-hotel developments, and CMBS Special Servicing on over $2 billion in assets
