Tim joined Porta & Company in November 2019. He is a detail-oriented broker with strong underwriting skills and an ability to find creative solutions for clients. Prior to joining Porta & Company in 2019, Tim spent 4 years at The Boulos Company, where he achieved great success in the brokerage of investment properties. Tim works in all areas of commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, development properties throughout the State of Maine. Tim has considerable experience working with developers, investors, and companies including large regional businesses and State organizations. Tim holds the prestigious CCIM designation. An Auburn, Maine native and current Portland resident, Tim is active within the Maine business community. He graduated from Saint Anselm College in 2015 with a degree in Finance & Economics.
