Tim Miller

Tim Miller is an Executive Vice President with JLL in the Los Angeles office. With 16 years of real estate experience in research, tenant representation and agency leasing, Tim combines a background in marketing, lease negotiations and transaction expertise with a strong knowledge of the Downtown Los Angeles and Tri-Cities market. Prior to joining JLL, Tim was an Associate for Cushman & Wakefield’s Agency Leasing Group in the greater Los Angeles area. Tim was an associate on a team responsible for the leasing of 3.2 million square feet of first class high-rise office space, a 600,000 square feet mixed-use office park, and over 700,000 of suburban office product. Some of his notable agency leasing assignments include clients like Shorenstein, Beacon Capital, KBS Realty, Piedmont Realty Trust, Jade Enterprises, CIM Group and Rising. He has been actively involved in a significant number of lease transactions on behalf of his landlord clients. Tim attended the University of Denver (Bachelor of Science - business administration)
