Tim has over 20 years of experience in the Texas Real Estate Market. Having overseen multiple transactions in the golf course side of the business, Tim also operated his own company in the disposition of troubled assets and managed acquisition, construction and operations for multiple developers and land owners in the North Texas Market. He joined Bright Realty in 2006 and leads the Leasing and Brokerage division of Bright Realty, LTD.
