He worked in movie theatre operations and was promoted to a regional position in Northern California about 17 years ago. After an illustrious 25 year career, with awards in marketing, management, and customer service, Tim retired from this profession. While leading his regional team, Tim was very involved in real estate developing and negotiations. He has extensive experience in planning and budgeting, along with finding creative solutions to challenging problems.
