Tim Kinney
Tim oversees the development process from the strategic level, ensuring ultimate client satisfaction. Tim takes the design and construction team; Building Information Modeling (BIM); LEAN; and LEED means, methods, and criterion and integrates these key elements to create a collaborative, value-based process. In his 30+ year career, Tim has been directly responsible for executing some of the most logistically complex and sensitive projects throughout the nation, including 60+ projects completed for Northern Arizona University, as well as 50+ projects completed for New York-Presbyterian; one of the nation’s most comprehensive, integrated academic health care delivery systems with 2,527 certified beds, 2,162,052 outpatient visits, and revenues totaling $5.6 billion in 2017. Tim has refined his project delivery expertise over the years as he has mastered Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDMs), with a focus on Integrated Project Delivery (IPD); Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR); Design-Build; Job Order Contracting (JOC); and Public Private Partnerships (P3)
