Tim Kerrigan

Tim, a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. in Business Administration, joined Investors Realty in 1994 and became a partner in 2004. Over his three decades in the industry, Tim has specialized in investment properties, land transactions, and office properties. Tim is the Lead Broker on the Investors Realty Investment Team and he also serves as the firm's Managing Broker, overseeing the Brokerage Division. Tim is growing the Investment Team, in terms of people and capability, upon its solid core. Income producing properties are really the impetus of Investors Realty. Afterall, the company is named for its original clients – the “investors”. Tim prioritizes his clients' needs first and works tirelessly to deliver results. He represents both sellers and buyers and has consistently been a top producer among all brokers in Omaha.
