Tim Janusz

Tim Janusz serves as a Managing Director in Newmark’s Milwaukee office, where he specializes in office and medical tenant representation, local and national landlord representation, investment sales, land sales, as well as acquisition and disposition of assets. Janusz joined Newmark in 2019 after its acquisition of NAI MLG Commercial. He had been Senior Vice President at MLG since 2014 after being promoted from Vice President. Janusz started his career with NAI MLG Commercial in 2008 as an Associate after interning with the organization throughout college.
