Tim Irvin, Mananing Partner, has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate development, leasing, property management of office, retail and industrial properties. He has been involved in commercial real estate organizations including Institute for Real Estate Management, Building Owners Management Association, CCIM Institute, and International Council of Shopping Centers. He served as president of the Leasing Information Network. Tim is a Certified Mediator and has provided pro-bono mediation services for Harris County and private parties. Tim is a licensed real estate agent in Texas and has held brokers licenses in Arizona, New Mexico and Alaska.
