Whether navigating complex lease negotiations, repositioning vacant assets, or identifying high profile retail corridors, Tim brings a strong level of market insight, professionalism, and dealmaking expertise to every transaction. Tim has sourced locations for retailers in new developments, grocery anchored shopping centers, lifestyle centers and regional shopping malls throughout the state of Arizona. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he began his career with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) after graduating college from the University of Arizona
