Tim is a Senior Director in the Altus Group M25 South Team, specialising in lettings and acquisitions predominantly in Surrey, Sussex and the M25/M23 corridor. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 and has over 20 years’ experience in commercial property, previously heading up the agency team of a regional practice. Tim combines in-depth market knowledge and professional expertise to provide clients with a personal and proactive service. Recent notable achievements include the letting of 31,000 sq.ft to Kuoni Holidays for their new UK HQ, and the letting of over 40,000 sq.ft at Prospero and 61 London Road Redhill achieving the highest ever rents in the town.
