Tim Fletcher

Auburn University, Class of 94 International Finance; while studying, he worked, managed and interned within a variety of Businesses and Industries both here in the U.S., and Internationally. Beginning a post-graduate career in financial sales in 2004, working in the insurance and investments market. I then spent several years training & honing my negotiating skills, as sales manager at a high-volume car dealership in Atlanta, Georgia. Thereafter, I accepted a position in commercial banking working exclusively with Home-builders and new home construction financing, where our business unit managed a portfolio of more than $130 Million in committed loans. And finally I left the banking industry to become an Entrepreneur. I purchased, a small franchised company that specialized in refurbishing metal waste and hauling containers for the refuse and recycling industries throughout the state of Georgia, and ran it for three years. These unique skill sets and experiences helped lay the foundation for me to better relate to the needs of my clients, and excel in my Commercial Real Estate practice. There, I've been focused & working in Montgomery, AL since 2003. My key strengths are, 1. A Broad and Varied Experience Base and an appreciation of what it means to be an entrepreneur & small business owner, 2. Strong Negotiation Skills and the ability to see opportunities, where others do not. & 3. Expert Financial Analysis and Stategic Advice; I was very blessed to have been raised in an entrepreneurial & business oriented family, surrounded constantly by Financial, Accounting, Sales, Legal and Operational Management Professionals & their discussions. For this, I wish to thank my father & extended family of In-laws and Out-Laws, for their example, investment and advice through the years.
