Tim Dwight is Senior Managing Director in the Savills Los Angeles office representing biotech, tech, media, entertainment, and advertising industry “disrupters.” Tim has a passion for companies with a mission driven by wellness and the desire to spread kindness. With over 35 years of combined experience, Tim’s team boasts global reach with a hyper-focus on local companies headquartered in Los Angeles. Tim’s career in commercial real estate was built using the education he received from the Irvine Company, one of the most well-respected brands in the industry. With 15 years of industry experience, he enjoys going the extra mile to align every client’s business plan with their real estate strategy. Tim continued his career at Colliers International for a decade, and for almost four years opening Stream Realty’s L.A. office and spearheading local acquisition efforts for their $700M fund utilizing his diversified and unique set of skills to approach the business. Awards, Achievements and Activities Tim’s achievements include being a Movember Foundation Partner, receiving the 2021 Top Producer Award – National for Stream Realty Partners as well as the 2021 Top Producer So Cal.
