With over 27 years of experience in real estate, Tim specializes in residential, land, and investment properties. His approach combines deep market knowledge with a commitment to helping clients achieve their property goals—whether buying, selling, or investing. Born and raised in South Florida, Tim graduated high school in 1988 and served in the U.S. Army from 1988 to 1992 as a helicopter mechanic, stationed in Korea, Germany, Turkey, and Iraq. After his military service, he studied aviation maintenance at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1993 to 1995. He began his real estate career in 1997 and also became an eBay Platinum Powerseller from 2003 to 2012. Tim has lived in Hardin County, Tennessee since 2006, where he enjoys raising his family in a community known for its low crime, excellent schools, and family-friendly atmosphere. He is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and is known for offering creative financing options, including owner-financed land and no-money-down home purchases. Tim’s dedication to service, integrity, and innovation has earned him the nickname “President of Real Estate,” a title he embraces with pride and humor.
