Tim Carden

Mr. Carden joined HRO in 1995. Tim is responsible for strategic planning, information systems and operations, and the day-to-day operations of HRO in the United States and Europe. Tim’s experience over the past 20 years at HRO includes development, acquisition, disposition and financing activities for each of its projects in five countries. Prior to HRO, Tim was an Assistant Vice President at Dean Witter in New York. Prior to Dean Witter, Tim was a Principal at Kenneth Leventhal & Company. Tim received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ithaca College in 1986. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of ULI.
