Tim Canon focuses on assets in the Southwestern U.S. providing analysis and research for existing and potential investments. He collaborates with the Investment Team to help evaluate new opportunities and management strategies for owned assets. Tim previously worked on East Coast acquisitions for the DivcoWest team. Before joining DivcoWest in 2012, he served in the Capital Markets group for a leading Boston-based real estate brokerage firm. Tim earned a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College
