Tim Braseth

Tim Braseth joined Colliers in 2022 after nearly two decades of investing in and developing both residential and commercial real estate in Los Angeles. As the founder of ArtCraft Homes, he led the acquisition, renovation, and resale of dozens of properties—from luxury estates in the Hollywood Hills to starter homes in LA’s rapidly evolving neighborhoods. In the commercial sector, Tim expanded his portfolio by transforming eight light industrial warehouse properties into dynamic mixed-use spaces. These developments featured creative office environments, retail storefronts, and dining destinations, including a pioneering restaurant and a popular brewpub. He oversaw every aspect of these projects, including acquisitions, financing, construction, leasing, property management, and eventual disposition. Tim’s extensive experience as a developer, combined with his deep understanding of the Los Angeles brokerage landscape, equips him with the vision, creativity, and strategic insight to guide clients toward successful outcomes in New England’s real estate market. Although Tim spent many years on the West Coast and lived abroad in cities such as London, Tokyo, Düsseldorf, and Guangzhou, China, he has always considered New Hampshire’s Seacoast his true home. With deep New England roots, a large extended family in the region, and a cherished lakeside camp in the Lakes Region enjoyed by four generations over the past 60 years, Tim brings both personal connection and professional expertise to his work in the area.
