Tim Axilrod
Tim Axilrod is a Partner of the Investment Sales division of SHOP Companies.
Tim joined SHOP Companies in 2014 as an initial member of the investment sales team. He is a retail investment specialist, focusing on the disposition and acquisition of multi-tenant shopping centers and single tenant net leased retail properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Market and Texas. Tim prides himself on creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships by working closely with clients in every facet of the transaction from the proposal process to closing. He has an efficient system of thoroughly evaluating retail assets using detailed market knowledge and in-depth financial analysis to bring clients the best value in all of their real estate transactions. Prior to joining SHOP Companies, Tim was an integral member of the investment sales team at United Commercial Realty (UCR), now CBRE, in Dallas. In the first nine years of his career, he has worked directly on completion of retail investment transactions in excess of six hundred and eighteen million dollars ($618,000,000).
