Tiffany Chance Stuart

With deep roots in the Austin area since 1985, I’ve spent my entire career blending my passion for real estate, design, and entrepreneurship. Growing up in the real estate industry, I developed an early appreciation for homes and the stories they tell. I began my professional journey in retail, sales, and the restaurant industry before discovering my love for home décor. That passion led me to start my own business specializing in interior decorating, redesign, and staging. In 2007, I earned my real estate license and hit the ground running—closing 13 transactions and selling over $2.7 million in real estate in my first year. From there, I managed 25+ transactions per year until 2016, when I shifted my focus to raising my twins. By 2017, I expanded into real estate investing and house flipping, purchasing a warehouse in Manor, Texas, and successfully flipping 12 properties in just two years. In 2019, I returned to my true passion: design and staging. What began as staging for profit evolved into a thriving business, and in 2022, I founded Staging Home Services, a full-service staging and design company proudly serving the Greater Austin area. Today, my team and I partner with homeowners, realtors, and investors to transform properties into spaces that sell faster and for top dollar—while helping clients envision the lifestyle each home has to offer.
