Thomas Wilder

Tom Wilder started working with the firm’s predecessor organization, Wilder-Manley Associates, eventually becoming responsible for the management of over 10 million square feet of retail. Today, as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee Mr. Wilder oversees site acquisitions, all facets of development and redevelopment as well as property management for the Company’s operating properties. He is an active member of the ICSC and The Urban Land Institute.
