After a successful career in corporate real estate with QuikTrip Corporation, Thomas transferred his passion and experience to start Keystone Development Services, LLC, a boutique firm that focused on site selection, acquisition, development, project and construction management. Thomas offers his clients a breadth of experience that encompasses an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate process from site selection thru financing and construction, with a keen knowledge of the design and cost aspect.
