Tommy is an Associate with Franklin Street’s Office and Industrial Services team, based in Tampa, Florida.
He specializes in tenant representation and investment sales across the Tampa Bay market, delivering strategic guidance on leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Known for his relationship-driven approach, Turner combines strong market insight with a collaborative mindset to help clients achieve long-term success. He leverages his diverse transaction experience and market knowledge to provide customized, results-oriented solutions to clients throughout the office and industrial sector. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Turner was a key contributor on the brokerage team at NewQuest Properties in Houston, where he led more than $150 million in retail transactions throughout Texas. His efforts in land sales, lease-to-sale agreements, and investment sales earned him recognition as NewQuest’s “Rookie of the Year” for his production and teamwork. Turner began his career at Partners Real Estate, focusing on industrial investment sales across the Houston MSA. There, he completed an intensive training program and developed core skills in underwriting, market analysis, and client development.
