Thomas Southern

Tom Southern specializes in the sale and leasing of office, retail, and light industrial properties in Alameda and West Contra Costa counties. He represents buyers and sellers of stabilized leased-investments, value-add investments, owner-occupier properties, and development opportunities. Tom advises landlords and tenants on leasing of new space; on lease extensions, expansions and contractions; and on subleasing and early lease terminations. Tom volunteers as a board member of North Atlantic Books, a nonprofit organization based in Berkeley, where he previously held the role of board chair from 2012 to 2014.
