Thomas Scatuorchio
Tom Scatuorchio, Kislak Company's Senior Sales Vice President, joined in 2016 and specialized in Northern New Jersey investment properties.
Tom's majority of sales are concentrated in transit-oriented New York City sub-markets. After his first year with Kislak, he received the firm’s prestigious Rookie of the Year award, which recognizes a newer salesperson who records the greatest achievements during the year. In 2021, Mr. Scatuorchio was named a 40 Under 40 next generation leader by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal. In 2024, he was promoted to a senior vice president for his successful roles as an investment salesperson and leader and mentor in Kislak’s commercial sales and leasing division. Mr. Scatuorchio graduated from The College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in International Business and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey. He is member of the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Property Owners Association of New Jersey and holds the Commercial Real Estate seat in his chapter of the BNI Executive Networking Organization.
