Thomas Patten

Tom Patten joined Newmark in 2019 with Barry Hill and currently serves as an Associate Director in the company’s El Segundo, California office. Tom focuses on representing both tenants and landlords in leasing as well as investment sales of industrial properties. Tom began his career with PS Business Parks as an Associate Leasing Director and then joined Barry Hill at JLL in 2017 to concentrate on industrial clients and transactions. Geographically, Tom specializes in the broader Los Angeles region, with a more strategic affinity for the South Bay cities surrounding the World Ports of LA and Long Beach. Tom looks forward to continuing to deliver successful outcomes for his clients in this pivotal industrial market space.
