In 1987 I started a boutique Real Estate Firm which serviced local businesses and the corporate clients I had previously worked with when I was a team member of a Real Estate Development Company which developed, owned and managed over 1,000,000 SF of corporate office, warehouse and flex space throughout Northern New Jersey. In August 2008 I continued expanding my business when Peter Scrivo joined the firm as a Partner.
