Thomas Myers

Thomas Myers joined JLL’s DC agency leasing team in 2017 with a focus on Landlord representation in the Washington, D.C. office market. Thomas is currently involved in the marketing and leasing of approximately 17 million square feet of office space on behalf of third-party owners. Prior to joining JLL, Thomas was the Leasing Director for Carr Properties, overseeing all leasing activities for Carr’s Washington, DC owned office portfolio. Prior to that, Thomas served as a Portfolio Manager with First Potomac Realty Trust, overseeing the REIT’s Washington, DC and Maryland office portfolio’s totaling 4 million square feet. Thomas has been in the real estate industry since 2005 when he began his career at Western Development Corporation and CBRE.
