Thomas Morabito
Tom leads Alliance’s property management and project management for existing tenants and construction. He is responsible for the financing of all projects as well as coordinating the cross-functional team efforts of in-house project managers and engineers to orchestrate all ground-up development as well as serving as director of development. With over 20 years in commercial real estate development, Tom’s expertise and knowledge in all aspects of the industry is unrivaled. In 1998 Tom joined Preferred Development as head of the company’s Midwest developments. Prior to joining Preferred, Tom was with Centrum Properties in Chicago and during his career, has developed, built, sold, and managed over 4,000,000 square feet of investment-grade properties. Tom has managed properties of all varieties of product types located throughout the nation. In addition, he continues to manage properties leased to the federal government (GSA) to such agencies as the ATF and the DEA; located in Philadelphia and Walnut Creek, CA, respectively. A graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo, Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a postgraduate degree from the highly-accredited Masters program in Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver. He is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers.
