Thomas McHugh

Thomas M. McHugh is a Senior Director in C&W’s McLean, Virginia office specializing in corporate tenant representation in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Mr. McHugh plays an active role providing real estate advisory and brokerage services to public and private sector clients. His professional experience includes over 21 years of local, national and international transaction management, asset management and strategic planning. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. McHugh was a Senior Vice President with Woodmark Commercial Services, LLC and a member of the company’s Executive Committee for 2.5 years. His career in real estate began in 1989 with DC-based Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster. In 1996, he moved to Faison & Associates, as a broker and managed Faison’s Washington, DC brokerage operation. Faison was acquired by Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in 1998. After eight years with TCC, the last four years were spent as a broker managing tenant representation brokers in TCC’s Northern Virginia office. Mr. McHugh joined CB Richard Ellis following their acquisition of TCC in December 2006.
