Thomas Lee
Thomas Lee is an Associate with the CBRE National Investment Team in Calgary. He has over 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in over $6 billion of closed investment sale transactions. He spent the first several years with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory services group and joined the Team in 2019, specializing in underwriting, financial analysis and assessing the financial viability of a wide range of investment-grade commercial properties, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family and development land. Thomas is a recipient of the CBRE Canada Hutcheson Award which recognizes the top investment team in the country as well as the investment deal of the year at the NAIOP Rex Awards. Thomas now specializes in advising private capital investors on optimizing their commercial real estate portfolio through strategic sales or acquisitions, primarily in the Greater Calgary Area as well as Secondary and Tertiary markets in the Province of Alberta.
