Thomas Hines
Tommy provides commercial leasing advisory services for tenants and building owners throughout New York City.
During his career, Tommy has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, from financial services and technology to the nonprofit and legal sectors, bringing a critical level of real estate expertise and creative deal making to each of his client engagements. He has completed transactions on behalf of organizations such as Adyen, Liberum, BDG, Sheltering Arms, Bold Charter School, Selfhelp Community Services and Zeta Charter Schools, as well as building owners such as AEW Capital Management, Kamber Management and Paramount Leasehold. Prior to Transwestern, Thomas was a senior associate at Avison Young. In 2015, he was honored by the firm with the New York “Young Gun of the Year” award, given in recognition of production and commitment to the Avison Young culture. Thomas is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York. He is also a member of the Governor’s Academy Alumni Board of New York.
