Since joining the Colliers International team in 1995, Tom has been successful in leasing and selling office buildings as well as representing users with both leasing and purchase requirements. Up to the present, Tom has represented investors, buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in over $150 million worth of real estate transactional value. His 13 years with Texaco’s International operations provided him with the experience and ability to understand and address key issues. He represents his clients in the marketplace with intense focus and attention. Tom has been a multi-recipient of the Awards of Excellence for top production within Colliers International on local, national and international levels.
