Thomas Gialamas

Tom is currently operating as the Principal within the Madison office, doing business under the name NGG Real Estate. NGG Real Estate specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, property management and facility maintenance in the greater Madison area. With the combined assets, market knowledge, statewide reach and local market savvy of Principal Tom Gialamas, along with his staff that holds an average 18+ year tenure in the commercial real estate market, NGG Real Estate is setting a new standard in Madison’s commercial real estate. Tom has held various roles in commercial real estate development, property management and brokerage throughout a career that began at age 14. After attending Arizona State University, while working for Grubb and Ellis from 1996-1998, Tom joined the family real estate business, The Gialamas Company. He worked exclusively for The Gialamas Company from 1998-2011. Tom opened his own real estate practice in 2012 when he entered into a partnership with Colliers International. He operated the Madison Colliers International office from 2012-2013.
