Thomas Flynn

Thomas (Tom) Flynn is a Senior Vice President of Retail Services for CBRE. His emphasis is in tenant representation and he is responsible for trade area analysis, site selection, contract negotiations and managing the entitlement process for his clients. Tom's geographic scope includes Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Western Pennsylvania. Tom began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 1994 when he joined the research department. In 1997, he moved into retail brokerage focusing on tenant representation and site acquisition. Tom left CBRE and founded Redstone Real Estate Advisors (Redstone) in 2002. Redstone quickly became the foremost big-box retailer leasing and land experts in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky. CBRE acquired Redstone in March of 2008.
