Thomas Fleming

Thomas Fleming began his real estate career in 1999 upon graduation from Gustavus Adolphus College and remained a part of the Ted Glasrud Associates commercial real estate division ever since. Thomas plays a crucial role on a commercial real estate team responsible for the acquistion, development, marketing, leasing and property management of over one million square feet of multi-tenant office property throughout the Twin Cities Metro Market. Thomas has successfully negotiated and completed over 300 lease transactions as a Landlord Representative for the Glasrud portfolio. Mr. Fleming is a Minnesota licensed real estate agent and a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
