Thomas E. Tucci

As an industrial broker in our Iselin office, Thomas E. Tucci, Sr. has over 40 years experience in industrial development, leasing and sales brokerage services. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as Senior Vice President/Regional Director for DCT Industrial, and opened the firm’s first New Jersey office, hiring the Northeast staff and internalizing building management, construction and leasing. In addition, Mr. Tucci was responsible for development and investment activity in the region. His career in real estate includes serving as an industrial broker for Team Resources, Inc., Senior Regional Development Officer for First Industrial Realty Trust and CBRE where he managed the industrial leasing and sales brokerage services to tenants and owners throughout the New York Tri-State region. Additionally, he owned and operated his own development corporation, Tucci Development, where he constructed over 3.8 million square feet of industrial, retail, office, residential, government and specialty buildings.
