Thomas Coutu

As a graduate student from John Molson School of Business in finance with a minor in real estate, piercing the real estate industry can be challenging. However, through hard work and extensive networking events, Thomas was able to find a summer internship as a property manager at Mach. Eager to learn more about the industry he stayed at Mach during the school year as an accountant clerk for the following 8 months. At this point he wanted to consolidate his knowledge of finance with his passion for real estate, thus deciding to stay on at Mach, as a financial analyst. For his last year at John Molson School of Business, he joined the Concordia Real Estate Club as a director of external affairs. This position allowed him to extend his network tremendously and eventually led him to his full-time position at Colliers International as a Sales associate upon graduation..
