Thomas Condon
Tom Condon is a principal at Lee and Associates.
His day-to-day focus over the past 20 years has been primarily on the Chicago metro market to points all over the Midwest, although his heightened focus on the food supply chain has given his business a national platform. Tom is experienced in marketing, leasing and disposition of industrial properties, tenant representation for national and Chicago-based companies and development of infill sites and business parks. Tom joined Lee and Associates in 2015. Tom has enjoyed previous employment at Colliers where he was acknowledged as an Everest Club member, the firm's internal recognition of its top producers, numerous times. Also at Grubb & Ellis where he was named Newcomer of the Year, and senior marketing consultant, a designation reserved for only the top 10% of 1,200 real estate professionals. Tom has been nominated as finalist for NAIOP Suburban Industrial Transaction of the Year, Build-to-Suit of the Year and Sun Times Chicago Industrial Broker of the Year. Active in the industrial real estate industry since 1990, Tom has completed over 600 transactions valued at more than $950 million.
