Thomas Caple

Thomas Caple has been a licensed California real estate agent since 1990. He started at Grubb & Ellis, as an industrial leasing and sales agent and worked there for eighteen years. Mr. Caple worked at several brokerage companies after Grubb & Ellis, always specializing in the central and east Contra Costa industrial markets. He has been at Deutscher Properties Corp since November 2018, where he handles marketing of in-house properties as well as the servicing of his long term clients. Mr. Caple has prepared and finalized over 1000 leases and handled over 200 commercial real estate transactions.
