Thomas Attivissimo is CEO & Principal at Greiner-Maltz Company, Inc. He joined the firm in January 1987 and since has been involved with sales and lease negotiations of office and industrial facilities for mid-size and large corporations, such as FedEx, Fortuoff, Fedders Islandaire (division of Fedders Air-conditioning) PC Richards and The New York Times. Tom has been involved with the negotiations of options, lease extensions; tax deferred exchanges, sale-lease-backs, exclusive tenant representations for site selections, as well as business growth through business acquisition and disposition.
